NeartĂș Global wins ADB MEL Award to support the Community Resilience Partnership Program

We’re proud to share that Neartu Global has won an award to support Asian Development Bank’s Community Resilience Partnership Program (CRPP) — a regional initiative advancing community-led climate adaptation across Asia and the Pacific. The CRPP is a groundbreaking initiative helping countries and communities across Asia and the Pacific scale up climate adaptation investments — with a sharp focus on the intersection of climate change, poverty, and gender.

As part of this effort, Neartu's South East Asia Lead Sean Mulkere is leading the implementation of the program’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework, ensuring that progress is effectively measured and lessons are systematically captured. This includes supporting the CRPP midterm evaluation, providing technical guidance to project design teams, and building capacity among stakeholders to strengthen monitoring and evaluation practices.

We will also play a key role in managing the Annual Report process and developing knowledge products that share findings and insights from across the program.

By embedding continuous learning and adaptation, we help ensure that CRPP delivers meaningful, measurable impact for the most vulnerable communities — especially where climate change, poverty, and gender intersect.

This recognition affirms our commitment to helping partners and communities track progress, generate insights, and translate learning into stronger climate resilience outcomes.
